be since I am based in Nigeria? Otherwise can your agent
in Nigeria receive money on your behalf?

Yes Impex Nigeria will receive
your payment and you can be billed in Nigeria prior to
shipping as long as this is not abused. You will be
required to pay into a Diamond or Zenith bank acct
(Naira Acct) before goods are shipped. Pay into:

Q: Does Impex repack my goods
before they are shipped to Nigeria?
A: We do NOT consolidate
your packages or goods before shipping to you. We
process and ship them out as we receive the. We will
repack them if they are not properly packed for export –
repacking materials and fees might be charged. We will
open packages to check for dangerous Goods as per TSA
regulations.

Can I order goods
from a
USA store and have the store ship same to Impex for
onward shipping to me in Nigeria?
A: You can have your supplier ship the goods to our
USA address or request that we pickup from your
supplier. Include your Name, location & GSM # on our
shipping address when placing the order to he sent
to Impex from your vendor, see examples below:

Q: Can Impex
please hold my packages till they are all delivered
and ship all at once?
A: Impex does not consolidate, we process & ship out
packages as they are received.
Q: How long can I leave my packages at Impex
destination locations?
A: Impex would hold your packages after informing
you of their arrival for 14 days after which the
packages will accrue $0.10 per Lb per day, after 6
months from notification date the said goods would
be auctioned to the public.
Please Note the following:

Impex
minimum shipping weight is 5lbs, (if your
package weight less than 5lbs we will invoice
you at the rate of 5lbs).

The preferred courier companies when sending
your packages & goods to us is UPS, DHL or
FedEx, Pls don’t use USPS, as USPS packages
might not be delivered to us.

We do not consolidate packages; we ship packages
out as they come in.

Packages must be paid up before pickup or
delivery.
