Q: What will the mode of payment be since I am based in Nigeria? Can I pay in Nigeria?
A: Yes you can pay into any of the banks below. Our Lagos office will send you an SMS on how much to pay along with where & when to collect your packages.

Q: Does Impex repack my goods before they are shipped to Nigeria?
A: We do NOT consolidate your packages or goods before shipping to you. We process and ship them out as we receive the. We will repack them if they are not properly packed for export – repacking materials and fees might be charged. We will open packages to check for dangerous Goods as per TSA regulations.
Q: Can I order goods from a USA store and have supplier ship same to Impex for onward shipping to Nigeria or how do I address a package to my relative in Nija and send same to Impex with UPS?
A: You can have your supplier or your US resident relative ship the packages to our USA address but make sure the package is addressed as follows:
Include your Name, location & GSM # on our shipping address when placing the order to he sent to Impex from your vendor, see examples below:

Pls Don’t Address Your Packages To Any Impex Staff, they will be delayed.
Q: Will you call me when my goods arrive at Impex USA warehouse?
A: Impex will not contact you when we receive your packages (small packages), we will ship them out to their destination while our Lagos office will send you an SMS on the amount to pay along with payment details and where & when to pickup.
Please take note of the following:
1. Our minimum shipping weight is 5lbs, (if your packages weights less than 5lbs we will invoice you at the rate of 5lbs).
2. The preferred courier companies when sending your packages & goods to us is UPS, DHL or FedEx, Pls don’t use USPS, as USPS packages might not be delivered to us.
3. We do not consolidate packages; we ship packages out as they come in.
4. Packages must be paid in full before pickup or delivery.
5. Estimated delivery time to Lagos is 5-7 days & 9-11 days outside lagos
6. Improperly addressed packages will attract a $5.0 admin fee.
